Mr. Doron, an architecture lecturer at the Universities of North London and East London, has been waging a five-month series of novel public protests against London's urban planners. The bureaucrats, he says, are seeking to rid the city of its grittier aspects, and with them the qualities that make London truly cosmopolitan.
