Raising the Bar on Law-Review Articles
To the Editor:
The article 'The Green Bag': Satire, Some Legal Theory, and the Saga of Judge Dave" (February 4) raises the familiar complaint that student-edited law reviews are in the business of publishing useless, mind-numbing articles loaded with oft-ignored footnotes. The article, however, seemingly levels much of the criticism at the student editors, "who lack the judgment and confidence to raise editorial standards." ...
