Racial Issues Prompt Protests on 4 Campuses
Students at four colleges and universities last week led separate protests, all triggered by racial tensions.
At the University of New Hampshire, 70 students, led by members of the Black Student Union, occupied the president's office for a day, ending their sit-in only after Joan R. Leitzel, the president, met with representatives of the protesters.
