Quizzing Students for Their Own Good
To the Editor:
I thoroughly enjoyed Brad Thompson's piece on daily quizzes ("If I Quiz Them, They Will Come," The Review, June 21). I don't know why faculty members don't quiz students as a matter of course.
Well, actually I do know. Most college professors have never taught high-school students.
