Punching President Puts the 'Rocky' in Rocky Mountain College

The president of Rocky Mountain College, an 800-student institution in Billings, Mont., was arrested in Indiana and spent a night in jail two weeks ago after allegedly punching a local builder, The Billings Gazette reported.

Police officers in Carmel, Ind., an Indianapolis suburb, arrested the college president, Michael R. Mace, on June 13 and charged him with misdemeanor battery after he allegedly threw a punch at David S. Klain, a homebuilder. Mr. Mace, a businessman who has been president of the college for almost two years, was released on bond a day later. He and his wife own a townhouse in a development run by Mr. Klain, who told the Gazette that Mr. Mace had complained about repairs made on the townhouse. —Matt Petrie
