Three cheers to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit for its ruling that releasing students' disciplinary records would violate the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act ("Judge Rules That Colleges Can't Release Files From Student Judicial Proceedings," March 31).
