Provost Leaves Ithaca to Work Toward Sustainability; Columbia U. Loses 2 Tech-Transfer Experts
CLIMATE FOR CHANGE: Peter W. Bardaglio is making a most unusual move in academe. He has left his post as provost of Ithaca College after five years to join Second Nature, an organization devoted to promoting sustainability in higher education.
In many ways, the move is perfectly natural for Mr. Bardaglio, 54: He was considered by many to be the driving force behind sustainability efforts at Ithaca.
