Project Seeks to Help States Improve 'Report Cards' on Higher Education
Four states seeking to improve their higher-education systems will soon get help in examining their options from experts, including the group that releases an annual state-by-state "report card" on higher education.
The Education Commission of the States, the National Center for Higher Education Management Systems, and the National Center for Public Policy and Higher Education, which issues the report cards, have begun a joint project to help the states identify any gaps, overlaps,
