Professor's Web Site Makes Her 'Dear Abby of Math'
Not every mathematics professor gets e-mail from truckers, but then not every math professor has a Web site like Ellen Freedman's. The site, Professor Freedman's Math Help, is a beacon for people who are anxious about their mathematical skills, or lack thereof.
