Professor's Lawsuit at Southern Illinois U.
To the Editor:
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit overturned a jury decision in my lawsuit against Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville (Faculty Notes, April 9). The court's ruling has broad implications for education. Because of the importance of the issues for all of us, I am writing now to clarify that ruling.
