Professors' Group Rallies at Bennington College
The American Association of University Professors staged an unprecedented protest at Bennington College last month to oppose recent faculty firings and to call on the college's president to give professors more say in how the college is run.
The protest was the association's first campus rally in its 85-year history and attracted more than 130 people from colleges throughout New England, as well as instructors, alumni, and students from Bennington.
