Professor's Gift Keeps Giving
There's no better investment than education, and Jim Anderson proves it every semester.
Students in Mr. Anderson's "Principles of Investment" course at Rocky Mountain College, in Billings, Mont., manage a stock portfolio worth more than $200,000. For the past five years, the class has averaged an annual gain of 9.5 percent.
"The returns are just unbelievable," says Mr. Anderson, a visiting assistant professor.
