Professor Sues College Over Ban on Criticism

A former professor at the University of Dubuque has accused the institution of breach of contract, contending that administrators stripped him of tenure and a newly awarded role as campus ethics adviser when he balked at a provision in his contract prohibiting him from criticizing the university in communications with the news media.
