Professor Stabbed by Colleague's Spouse

Hamden, Connecticut -- A professor at Quinnipiac College here was stabbed and critically wounded last week by the husband of a college administrator.

David Zucker, an English professor, was stabbed several times with a knife in a rest room in the student center, police said. He was in critical condition, a hospital spokeswoman said.

Hamden police arrested Malcolm Todt and charged him with felonies including attempted murder and first-degree assault. He was held on $250,000 bond
