Professor Settles Lawsuit With Brigham Young University
A professor of business management who accused Brig-ham Young University of trying to force him out of his tenured post by falsely accusing him of viewing pornography has agreed to settle a lawsuit he filed against the institution.
Under the settlement, the professor, B. Michael Pritchett, has been placed on long-term medical-disability leave. The university has said that all of the allegations in his suit were false. The professor contended that after he requested a lighter teaching
