Prize-Winning Author Arrested on Charges of Harassing University Employee
David J. Garrow, a Pulitzer Prize-winning author and a law professor at Emory University, was arrested last month on charges of verbally and physically harassing another university employee.
Gloria Mann, director of operations at Emory's law school, told university police officers that on September 19, Mr. Garrow "went into an uncontrollable rage" and grabbed her by the wrists and pushed her. Two other employees intervened to stop Mr. Garrow, according to Ms. Mann's complaint. It said
