Priorities Shifted for Federal Grants to Improve Colleges
The Education Department has published a revised set of priorities for this year's grant competition for the Fund for the Improvement of Postsecondary Education, or FIPSE. The priorities would continue to encourage applications to improve teacher training, but do not mention some popular topics that FIPSE has supported in the past.
