Princeton and Oxford Discuss Increased Ties in Science; Russia Plans $60-Million Effort to Stem Brain Drain; Public and Private University Team Up in Japan
Transatlantic talks are going on between Princeton University and the University of Oxford about increasing their cooperation in the sciences.
Oxford officials said the discussions between the two universities are in the early stages. "It is felt that such an arrangement would be mutually beneficial," said a spokesman for Oxford.
