Preventive Lawyering Is a 'Legal Necessity'

Three cheers to Kathleen Curry Santora and William A. Kaplin for their fine advocacy of preventive lawyering in higher education ("Preventive Law: How Colleges Can Avoid Legal Problems," The Review, April 18). Let me add one salient point to their thoughtful analysis.
