Porn-Culture Antidote: A Slow-Sex Movement?

Porn and the commodification of sex are unsatisfying when we allow them to substitute for the real thing. As I read Meenakshi Gigi Durham's essay ("X-Rated America," The Chronicle Review, January 9), I substituted "food" for "sex" and saw a possible way through the porn culture.
