Political Roadblocks Stand in the Way of New Scholarship Program in Canada

A national scholarship program established to help ease the debt burden of postsecondary students in Canada is expected to award its first round of grants less than a year from now. But for that to happen, some major political roadblocks need to be cleared away over the next few months.
