Police Blame Dean for Student Drinking
Moraga, California -- The dean of student affairs at Saint Mary's College of California was issued a citation by police for permitting the consumption of alcoholic beverages by underaged students at a senior graduation picnic held on the campus.
Ronald Travenick was cited because he was supervising the picnic, where minors were drinking beer, a police spokesman said. The citation charges him with contributing to the delinquency of minors and with allowing minors under his supervision
