As a young upstart, the Huygens interplanetary probe will capture all the attention this week when it goes down in a blaze of glory through the atmosphere of Titan, Saturn's largest moon. In the meantime, its less flashy parent probe, called Cassini, will remain in orbit around Saturn, keeping tabs on its profligate progeny as well as sending back reams of data about the ringed planet.
