Planned Changes at the Top Draw Harsh Response at U. of Massachusetts

Plans to shake up the top management of the University of Massachusetts have been met with consternation on the flagship campus, in Amherst, where the system's president, Jack M. Wilson, has suggested that he take on more of a day-to-day managerial role.
