Distance-learning courses in physical education already exist (On Line, October 29). While we applaud efforts to meet the emerging physical-education needs of college students, we suggest that a brief review of the literature could identify many useful methods of on-line instruction, and provide guidelines for the appropriate use of technology for the physical-education instructor. ...
