'Photo Doctoring' and Affirmative Action

After making several unobjectionable observations about the doctoring of photos by certain universities in order to include minority students, Roger Clegg makes the astonishing assertion that the use of affirmative-action policies in college admissions is equally dishonest ("Photographs and Fraud Over Race," The Review, November 24).
