Philanthropists and Alumnae Discuss Whether Colleges Spend Money as Donors Intend
Representatives of high-profile lawsuits against three colleges, speaking at a conference on Thursday in Washington, described what they say is a growing battle to ensure that donations to higher education are used for the purposes for which they are given.
