Pennsylvania's Alternative Teacher-Licensing Program Draws No Applicants, One Lawsuit
Pennsylvania's new program to provide an alternative route to teacher licensure for college graduates has lured no applicants in its first five months, and now faces a lawsuit filed by education schools and a teachers' union.
