Pennsylvania Colleges Face More Sunshine
Top elected officials in Pennsylvania have gotten behind proposals to expand the state's open-records law to explicitly include colleges and universities, among other agencies.
Pennsylvania's governor, Edward G. Rendell, a Democrat, is working on a proposal, as is Dominic F. Pileggi, a Republican and the Senate majority leader.
