Penn State Must Reveal Coach's Salary, Court Says
Pennsylvania State University must make public the salary level of its head football coach, Joe Paterno, the state's Supreme Court has ruled.
The university has no plans to appeal the case, a Penn State spokesman said, but it was unclear when the information would be revealed. While the ruling, issued last week in a 4-to-2 decision of the court, clears the disclosure of the information by the retirement system for state employees, officials of the system were not immediately available
