Penn Discriminated Against Male Applicant to Coach Women's Crew, EEOC Finds

The University of Pennsylvania discriminated against the assistant coach of its men's rowing team by not allowing him or any other men to interview for the job of coaching women's crew, according to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
