Pay Raises Beat Inflation Rate for Midlevel Administrators
College administrators managed to beat inflation yet again in their pay raises.
The overall median salary for midlevel administrators increased 4.8 percent this academic year, nearly one and a half times the rate of inflation for 2000, and up from 4.2 percent in 1999-2000.
