Patent Appeal Goes Against U. of Rochester
A federal appeals court has reaffirmed a lower court's invalidation of a drug patent held by the University of Rochester, dealing another blow to the university's legal battle to collect billions of dollars from the pharmaceutical company that makes the popular painkiller Celebrex.
