Parents of Student Who Died After Fraternity Drinking Stunt Sue Indiana U.

The parents of an Indiana University student who died from a skull fracture he sustained during a fraternity party have filed a wrongful-death lawsuit against the fraternity and a Bloomington, Ind., hospital.

The student, Seth Korona, struck his head on a metal door frame after performing a "keg stand" (in which one does a handstand over a beer keg while drinking from the tap) at a rush party at the Theta Chi house in January 2001. The family's lawyer, Richard Hailey, says the
