Palestinians Barred From Israeli Universities

A new academic year begins this month in Israel, and Palestinian students are still being prevented from attending Israeli universities under a blanket government ban that was challenged almost a year ago by the Israeli Supreme Court. The Israeli military commander in the West Bank has not yet complied with the court's request to provide clear criteria for denying Palestinian students access to Israel.
