Pair of $100-Million Gifts Announced
The Johns Hopkins University and Baylor College of Medicine each received a $100-million pledge last week.
The gift to Baylor, from an energy entrepreneur who sits on the Board of Trustees, is the largest in the college's history and one of the most generous ever to a medical school. The college is not connected with Baylor University.
