• Lawmakers have agreed to give the University of Wisconsin System $983.8-million in 2006-7, a 0.27-percent increase over the first year of the biennial budget.
• The Wisconsin Technical College System has been allocated $118.5-million for 2006-7, the same amount as in the first year of the biennium.
