Online Technology Helps Community Colleges Treat Students Like Customers
George R. Boggs, former president of Palomar College, in San Marcos, Calif., in September succeeded David R. Pierce as president of the American Association of Community Colleges, which lobbies the federal government on behalf of the nation's 1,200 community and technical colleges.
