Online Job Ads May Violate Anti-Bias Laws, Says Letter From Federal Official
Colleges and other employers that advertise job openings only online may be violating federal antidiscrimination laws, according to a letter issued by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The letter was also posted on the Web site of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources.
