Online Auction of a T. Rex Renews Researchers' Fears Over Access to Fossils
An auction under way on the Internet is offering some lucky (and wealthy) bidder the chance to own an unusual piece of natural history -- a fossilized Tyrannosaurus rex skeleton. But according to some paleontologists, such auctions do harm to scientific research, by taking precious specimens out of the public domain.
