It seems that even the presidential campaign is not immune from the effects of March Madness.
John McCain, the presumptive Republican nominee, is encouraging visitors to his campaign web site to fill out their brackets for the NCAA men’s basketball tournament, which begins Wednesday, and compare their picks to his. (The candidate has not yet revealed his predictions.)
Participants will even become eligible for “great McCain 2008 prizes,” which include a McCain fleece jacket, baseball hat, and lapel pin.
