On-Line Education Needs Accreditation

Americans are buying books on line, trading stocks via their personal computers, and buying tickets or planning travel over the Internet. More than 750,000 college students this year will take one or more courses electronically. The world of the 21st century is already here, and the influence on higher education will be both extensive and positive.
