Oklahoma College Branching Into China
This month, Oklahoma City University became the first American institution to win the Chinese government's approval to set up a full-fledged branch campus in China.
The opening of the branch campus, set for September 2003, is a sign of loosening in government policies that have kept out foreign universities in the past, observers say. Other institutions, including the Johns Hopkins University, Fordham University, and Webster University offer courses through Chinese
