Ohio Chancellor Will Step Down

The top higher-education official in Ohio, Roderick G.W. Chu, announced his resignation last week. Mr. Chu, one of the first Chinese-Americans to lead a statewide college system, will step down in May to direct a special project that will evaluate the effects of education policies on Ohio's economy.
