Objections to Sculpture of Moses
To the Editor:
As a Jew, I am offended by representations of the prophet Moses that include horns as physical manifestations of the divine light that the Torah describes as emanating from his face. It is reassuring that officials at Syracuse University are sensitive enough to such concerns to post an explanation next to the sculpture of Moses on their campus ("A Jewish Student Objects to Sculpture of Moses,"
