Norwich U. Stops Taking Money From Indonesian Military
Norwich University announced last month that it would stop taking money from Indonesia's military for 11 students from that country but would keep the students.
The university's president, Richard W. Schneider, said in a statement that the Vermont institution would sever all formal ties to the Indonesian military. Mr. Schneider said he had made the change after deciding that the Indonesian armed forces were not seriously interested in
