North Dakota University System Names a New Chancellor
The man named as the newest leader of the North Dakota University system has plenty of experience in both state government and academe.
William Goetz, who was picked as the system's new chancellor last month and will take office in June, has spent the last decade as chief of staff for Gov. John H. Hoeven III and his predecessor, Edward T. Schafer.
