North Dakota Finally Has a Chancellor
A onetime candidate to serve as interim chancellor of the North Dakota University System has been named to the position.
Eddie V. Dunn, the system's vice chancellor for strategic planning and one of two finalists, withdrew from consideration last month, saying that the other finalist — Lee A. Vickers, president of Dickinson State University — was the better candidate. But then Mr. Vickers withdrew as well, saying he wasn't interested in the short-term
