'Nonspecific' Bomb Threat Closes St. Edward's U.

A bomb threat on Tuesday morning at St. Edward’s University, in Austin, Tex., prompted administrators to cancel classes for the rest of the day. The university’s Web site said that the threat was “nonspecific,” but the Associated Press reported that the police were searching the campus and that students and staff members had been asked to gather on the soccer field, away from buildings.
