Nine Public Liberal-Arts Colleges Cement Relationship

Nine public liberal-arts colleges that have been meeting informally for years have decided to make their relationship official.

The nine announced the Council of Public Liberal Arts Colleges at last week's meeting of the Association of American Colleges.
